BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — The Broome County Health Department is seeking public feedback on its 2022 Community Health Survey. The Broome County Health Department conducts periodic updates to its community health assessment which reflects the use of primary and secondary data sources, including input from the community at large. This important information will be used to update Broome County’s health priorities and inform a community health improvement plan.
The Community Health Survey is an important tool for the Health Department when creating future initiatives and goals for the community. This is a ten-minute survey open to all residents of Broome County or those who work in Broome County. The survey consists of multiple-choice questions regarding demographic information, emerging health issues, community improvement suggestions, impacts of COVID-19, and more.
The community health survey will be open to the public from now until August 31. The survey is anonymous but there is an opportunity at the end of the survey to submit your contact information to be entered into a drawing to win a $50.00 gift card.
