(Waverly, NY) – Village polive have arrested DEVLIN S. CONLE , 34, of Kingston, Pa., for assault in the third degree and strangulation following investigation into an alleged domestic incident at a residence in the Village of Waverly, on March 23 at 10:04 p.m.
CONLEY is accused of assaulting and strangling a female, causing injuries to herduring the incident.
CONLEY was sent to the Tioga County CAP Court for arraignment.
