(Towanda, PA) – Bradford County District Attorney Albert C. Ondrey reported the following resolutions of criminal cases in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania.
- Sarafina Thornton, 28, of Newark Valley, NY was sentenced to probation supervision for 6 months for the offense of retail theft, misdemeanor 1st degree.
Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Thornton for the offense occurring on April 4, 2018. - Catherine Sabatini, 54, of Troy, PA was sentenced to probation supervision for 6 months for the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor.
Trooper Justin Walton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sabatini following an investigation of an incident occurring in Troy Township, Bradford County, on November 29, 2021.
