Irene is the Director of Marketing for WEBO and MyHometownToday.com which is owned by the Radigan Broadcasting Group, LLC.  She assists businesses and non-profit organizations in the Greater Binghamton area with their marketing.

Beyond her role at the family business, Irene is an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).  She has administered CPR several times and has had several successful outcomes transferring patients safely to the next level of care.  She’s also successfully administered life saving Narcan to multiple drug overdose victims.

Irene is very active in the community. She is an active volunteer in numerous organizations.

Irene is serves as the chairwoman of the Tioga ASAP Coalition–Allies for Substance Abuse Prevention.  The group engages the community in efforts to understand, prevent and reduce youth and community substance abuse through increased collaborations inspiring community level change.

Irene is a board member for the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County and is the Secretary of the board.  She is also Chair of the Marketing Committee.

Irene graduated the Leadership Tioga program in the class of 2018.

In Waverly, Irene is the 2019 Fall Fest Chair.  The event is put on by the Waverly Business Association every year.

Finally, Irene is the mother of 4 children who are in elementary and middle school.  Irene and her husband Dave, live in Owego.
