The sentencing of Michael Roque will proceed as scheduled later today. Roque pled guilty to the April stabbing death of fellow Binghamton University student Joao Souza. Roque had requested Judge Kevin Dooley retract his September guilty plea and change the plea to not guilty. Dooley rejected that request on Monday.
