The Owego-Apalachin Central School District has opened registration for students intending to attend kindergarten or Pre-K in the 2019-2020 school year. Children who will be five years old on or before 12/1/2019 are eligible to attend Kindergarten. Children who will be four years old by 12/1/2019 are eligible for Pre-K registration. Registration forms and additional information is available on the Owego-Apalachin web site or at Owego Elementary or Apalachin Elementary.
