Voters in the Owego-Apalachin school district will head back to the polls next month to vote on a new budget. In late May, O-A voters rejected the first budget proposed by the board of education. The new spending plan will drop the proposed tax levy increase from 3.83% to 2.83%. Voting will take place on June 18. If the new budget is defeated, the district will move to a contingency spending plan.
