Amazon has dumped its plan to locate a major facility in Long Island, but Broome County Executive Jason Garnar thinks the mega-company should give the Southern Tier a second glance. In a letter to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, Garnar says the company has huge support in Broome County. Garnar said the county would welcome the company with quote “open arms.”
