Man, woman get 14 felonies after Binghamton search

Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant Friday afternoon at 32 Linden Street in the City of Binghamton. Frederick K. Felton and Brandy K. Griffin were both arrested following the execution of the warrant. During a search of the residence, Task Force investigators found:
  • Approximately 4.75 ounces of Cocaine
  • Approximately 34 grams of Marijuana
  • Numerous controlled substance prescription pills
  • One defaced .38 Special revolver
  • One .22 caliber semi-automatic handgun
  • Handgun ammunition
  • $7,737.00 of suspected drug sale proceeds
  • Drug packaging materials and digital scales
Felton and Griffin were held at the Binghamton Police Department pending their arraignment in Binghamton City Court on Saturday.

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, a class A-II Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a class C Felony, Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, class D Felonies, Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, class A Misdemeanors and Three counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, class A Misdemeanors.

Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force includes members of the City of Binghamton Police Department, the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, the Village of Johnson City Police Department and the Village of Endicott Police Department.
