The suspect in the murder of John Amrein has been found and arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police. 22-year-old Quentin Millard is alleged to have murdered Amrein following an altercation in which both men were shot. He was found in New Milford on Wednesday night. Andrea Martel of Great Bend Township was previously arrested for the crime. Both suspects are in the Susquehanna County Jail.
