A NASCAR reporter and commentator frequently heard on WEBO’s PRN race coverage was struck by a vehicle Saturday night.  It did not happen on a race track.  Wendy Venturini was out for a jog in Sonoma California when she was hit by a car.  She suffered serious injuries, including a fractured skull and a concussion, but thankfully a full recovery is expected. She will remain in the hospital for several days. Venturini was in California to broadcast the NASCAR race held there this past weekend.
