PennDOT says Route 3002, also known as Overton Road, reopens to traffic Friday, Oct. 2, in Bradford County.
The road had been closed as part of a $12.4 million project addressing a soil slide and replacing a box culvert over Ladd’s Creek. The work also includes new retaining walls, roadway reconstruction, guide rail and signs.
Drivers should remain alert for crews and temporary conditions while the construction area returns to normal traffic. PennDOT says the broader project remains subject to weather and construction schedules.
The agency’s project page contains additional maps, detour information and contact details for the District 3 construction team.
