Two people died on Saturday following a collision between a GMC pickup truck and two motorcycles on Route 26 in the Town of Nanticoke. The initial investigation indicates a GMC pickup truck was traveling north on Route 26, when it collided with two motorcycles traveling south on Route 26. Arriving Deputies rendered firstaid to the motorcycle occupants, however, they both died at the scene. A third motorcyclist, who was riding with the victims was not injured. The victim’s names will be released pending family notification. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
