Lee Haefele and Amber Harris of Haefele Connect in Spencer, New York joined the WEBO morning show to discuss the Fiber to the Home grant expansion program. In 2015, Governer Andrew Cuomo established the $500 Million Dollar New NY Broadband Program which provided State grant funding through an innovative “reverse auction”method to support projects that deliver high speed internet access to Unserved and Under-served areas of New York State at speeds of 100 Megabits in most areas.
