Last week, the New York State Police arrested 24-year-old Roger Cole of Nichols for felony Criminal Possession of Marijuana and a misdemeanor charge. The State Police, members of CNET Southern Tier, and the Tioga County Sheriff’s Department conducted a search of a residence in Nichols and recovered about six pounds of marijuana and equipment used to grow marijuana. Cole was arraigned in the town of Nichols Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.
