The Tioga County Legislature has posted the agenda for its tenth regular meeting of 2026. The session is scheduled for noon Tuesday, October 13, at the Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building, 56 Main Street in Owego.
The county’s public calendar also lists a Finance, Legal, and Safety Committee meeting for 10:30 Tuesday morning at the same building. Both meetings are part of the county Legislature’s regular public schedule.
The full Legislature agenda was posted Thursday, October 8, through the county’s Legislative Clerk and document library. Residents who want to follow a particular resolution or county action can review that agenda before the meeting. The Legislative Clerk’s office organizes agendas, performs required public notifications, records minutes, and publishes the Legislature’s proceedings, resolutions, and local laws.
The county also provides an email-notification service for residents who want alerts when meeting notices, agendas, bids, job postings, and other county documents are published. Minutes and other records are added to the document library as they become available.
