Two New York State Troopers and two tow truck operators suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries on the Thruway near Albany. The troopers were removing a vehicle from the median of the Thruway with tow truck operators early Sunday morning when a drunk driver crashed into them. 26-year-old Christopher Neumann, of Castleton, was arrested for Vehicular Assault, Driving while intoxicated, and numerous other Vehicle & Traffic Law violations. He is currently in State Police custody and was arraigned later on Sunday.Everyone involved in the crash is being treated at Albany Medical Center.
