An Ulster man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually abused a child more than 20 years ago.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 61-year-old Duane E. Smith is accused of sexually assaulting the victim when she was 8 to 10 years old between 1997 and 1999.
Smith has been charged with four counts of first-degree felony rape of a person less than 13 years old, second-degree felony aggravated indecent assault, and four counts of second-degree felony statutory sexual assault.
He was arraigned on Monday and released on $100,000 unsecured bail.
