The annual Cortaca Jug football game between rivals SUNY Cortland and Ithaca College is heading back to Yankee Stadium.
The two teams will square off inside the iconic venue next season on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026.
Tickets will go on sale for the general public next Thursday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m.
The Cortaca Jug game was previously played at Yankee Stadium in 2022 with over 40,000 fans. In 2019, the rivalry game was played at MetLife Stadium with a Division III football record 45,161 fans.
The Cortaca Jug has been called the “Biggest Little Game in the Nation.”
This year’s rivalry game will be played at noon on Saturday when Cortland visits Ithaca.
