Former Waverly Wolverines standout and William and Mary quarterback Joey Tomasso is on the move.
Tomasso entered the transfer portal following two seasons at William and Mary. He announced his commitment to Colgate University on social media on Wednesday.
In his two years at William and Mary, Tomasso took a redshirt year in 2024 and appeared in 10 games this past season for the Tribe. He served as the team’s holder and scored a touchdown on a fake field goal in a win over Albany.
The all-time passing leader in Waverly football history will head to Colgate with three years of eligibility.
