New York State Senate Majority Leader John J. Flanagan, Sen. Fred Akshar, of Binghamton, Binghamton Mayor Richard C. David and Binghamton Rumble Ponies President John Hughes will make a series of announcements regarding NYSEG Stadium and the future of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies.
No other information was released Friday by Akshar’s director of public affairs, Emmanuel Priest, who issued a brief news release about Monday’s news conference.
