The Broome County Sheriffs Office has arrested Sylinda Ketcham, 19, of Endicott and charged her with Grand Larceny.
Ketcham is accused of stealing jewelry from a Town of Union resident in late April.
Ketcham was arrested in the Town of Dickinson early Monday morning.
Ketcham was ordered to appear in the Town of Union Court on June 6th, 2011 for arraignment.
