On Saturday, the New York State Police in Owego Troopers arrested four people Criminal Possession charges.
Arrested were Cory Wheeler, 25, of Elmira, for 2nd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Kelly Samchisen, 23, of Horseheads, Michael McPherson, 29, of Elmira, and Timothy Lewis, Jr., 21, of Elmira were arrested for 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The arrests resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 34 in Spencer.
All four suspects were arraigned in the Town of Spencer Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
