Officials have released new details in a Monday afternoon crash that injured three people on Route 81 in the Town of Chenango. Police say the woman who was driving fell asleep at the wheel. The say her sister, a passenger in the vehicle woke her up as the car headed toward the median and the driver overcorrected, driving off the overpass and landing on its roof on Castle Creek Road. The woman, her teenage sister and an 11-month-old were all transported to Wilson Hospital in Johnson City with only minor injuries. Police have not released their names.
