The Owego Apalachin school district and superintendent Dr. Bill Russell will host a public information session to discuss construction and funding for the new Owego Elementary School at 7 o’clock tonight in the Owego Free Academy LGI hall. Dr. Russell will give a brief overview, then take questions from attendees. At the meeting, members of the public will also be able to view architects’ renderings of the new school. A second public meeting is scheduled for October 15th.
