The Broome County Sheriff’s Office charged a Binghamton woman after she allegedly stole her neighbor’s debit card and made cash withdrawals totaling over $1,000. 21-year-old Marissa Ribarsky was arrested and charged with fourth degree grand larceny, a felony. According to police, the cash withdrawals were made over a two week period. Ribarsky was arraigned in the Town of Chenango Court and sent to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facility where she will await action in Broome County Court.
