Several fire departments have responded to a second alarm house fire this morning in Windsor. Departments from Windsor, West Windsor, West Colesville, and Harpursville are on the scene of the fire at 333 Old Route 17. The Broome County Fire Investigation team has also responded along with New York State Police and NYSEG.
