The Newark Valley School District will be dismissing early today, with the middle school dismissing at 11 o’clock, the high school at 11:15, and the elementary at 12:15. The Owego-Apalachin School District will be dismissing early today with the middle and high schools dimissing at 11 o’clock and the elementary school at noon. St. Patrick’s school in Owego will be dismissing at 11:15 today and all students must be picked up by noon. All Union-Endicott schools have announced they will be closing early today. Jennie F. Snapp will be dismissing at 11:15, Ann G. McGuinness at 11:45, Charles F. Johnson at 12:15, the U-E High School at 12:30, George F. Johnson at 12:40, and Thomas J. Watson at 12:40. The Johnson City School District will also be dismissing early at 12:05 today. Maine-Endwell will be dismissing early today with the high school dismissing at 11:20, the middle school at 11:30, and the elementary at 12:30. The Vestal School District will be dismissing its schools early today with the Middle School dismissing at 10:50, the High School at 11:10 and the Elementary at noon. Vestal’s Senior Sweetheart Dance is postponed for tonight. The Binghamton School District will be dismissing its High school and elementary at 11 o’clock with the middle school dismissing at 11:45. Whitney Point School District will be closing at 11:30 today. All after school activities will be canceled. Tioga Opportunities is canceling their night dining for this evening.
