A tractor trailer rolled over on Route 17 East this morning near Exit 81 in Windsor. The driver of the truck, which contained 24,000 pounds of candy bars, received minor injuries. The accident took place around 4:30 this morning, resulting in the road between exits 80 and 81 being reduced to one lane, but that patch of road has since been reopened. The driver suffered minor burns to his arms. No tickets have been issued and New York State Police are currently investigating the crash.
