A Candor man was arrested by Sayre Borough police on charges of stalking. 52-year-old Tracy White is also being charged with luring a child into a motor vehicle. According to police, White followed a juvenile male and attempted to abduct him on multiple occasions from 2006 through this year. He was last reported attempting to speak with the boy on June 1st at Fourth Ward Park. The boy’s mother told police that he and other juvenile boys had returned to her residence “in fear for their lives”. White was arraigned on Friday and sent to the Bradford County jail on $25,000 bail. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for next Tuesday.
