The Apalachin Lions Club Eye Glass Collection recently was a success. During Sight Night-Week that ran from October 27th -November 1st, kids collected hundreds of used eyeglasses that will be donated for distribution to needy people in developing countries. Apalachin Elementary School, Apalachin Library, and Vestal Eye Care all participated in this event.
