State police are still piecing together details of a two-car collision early Saturday morning in the Town of Van Etten, but both drivers face DWI charges. The crash occurred at 2:15 am Saturday at the intersection of state routes 223 and 224. One person fled the scene after the accident. He was later located by police and transported to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre for treatment of minor injuries. State police said both drivers will be charged with driving while intoxicated. One driver is from Van Etten and the other is from Spencer. Investigators are also looking for potential witnesses to the accident.
