A home in Candor is believed to be a total loss after a fire yesterday afternoon. The home at the corner of State Route 96 and Kelsey Road in Candor was seen with smoke billowing from it by neighbors, who then called 911. No one was home at the time of the fire, however, two dogs were rescued by fire fighters. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
