The Director of Windsor Youth Sports Programs has been arrested on two counts of felony grand larceny. 57-year-old Robert Crowley of Windsor is said to have taken over $18,000 from the Windsor Youth Sports Programs bank accounts. The police investigation began last month, leading up to Crowley’s arrest late last week. Crowley has been arraigned and released without bail required.
