A Spencer teen has been charged with DWI following an early morning vehicle accident in the Town of Union on Sunday. 18-year-old Jenna Harris is said to have been driving on Main Street in Westover when she traveled across the oncoming lane and off the road into a utility pole. The accident cause power outages to nearby residents. When authorities arrived, Harris admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. She has since been arraigned and issued appearance tickets to the Town of Union Court at a later date.
