The Owego-Apalachin Central School District is looking to increase their budget for this coming school year. The district board held a public budget forum last night where it was announced that the district is looking to increase spending over $430,000. The increase would help restore programs cut in 2008 and 2009. The entire proposed budget is around $43 Million. A final vote will be held in May.
