The fourth murder trial of Cal Harris will begin today. The trial begins just three days after Harris waived his right to a trial by jury. The defense and prosecution will now argue the case in front of Judge Richard Mott who will then deliver a verdict. Harris has been charged with second degree murder of his wife Michele in September of 2001.
