A car was found partially submerged in a pond in Richford last night. Scanner reports indicate that the car was submerged in a pond off of Creamery Road. According to first responders on scene, no one was found in the vehicle when they arrived. EMS crews, fire personnel, and law enforcement officers were all dispatched to the scene. No additional information has been released at this time.
