The Windsor man accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the Windsor Youth Booster Club has plead guilty. 57-year-old Robert Crowley admitted that he stole over $3,000 from the program between January 2014 and September 2015. Crowley has been charged with grand larceny and could face up to four years in prison.
