The Broome County Humane Society is set to begin construction of its new $1.2 million facility on Conklin Avenue in Binghamton later this week. The Broome County Humane Society has already raised $900,000 for the construction of the new facility, which will offer more kennel space and play room for the facility’s animals. Construction will officially begin on Thursday. The Broome County Humane Society has served our community since the late 1800’s.
