Two men are facing felony charges after allegedly stealing tractor parts from Goodrich Auction in Newark Valley. The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office took 34-year-old Theodore Cooper of Nichols and 35-year-old Jack Cooper of Latham into custody around 1:30am Wednesday. The men were riding together in a car that was stopped on Zimmer Road in Newark Valley. Inside the vehicle, deputies found more than $1,000 worth of stolen tractor parts. The two men were arraigned on grand larceny charges were sent to Tioga County Jail in lieu of bail.
