Thousands are expected to brave cold temperatures and attend the 50th annual St. Patrick’s Parade in downtown Binghamton tomorrow. The parade will begin at 1:30pm on Court Street and marches down Main Street to St. Edward’s on the West Side. As usual, it will include several musical groups, including the local Maloney Pipe Band, the Penn York Highlanders, and the Philadelphia Police and Fire Pipe Band. The day begins with the annual mass at 11:30am at St. Mary’s and continues after the parade with a party at Seton Catholic High School. The forecast calls for partly sunny skies and highs only near 20 tomorrow.
