The New York State Police at Owego arrested 24-year-old Michael Thornton of McGraw, New York on felony Grand Larceny charges. The arrest was a result of an investigation into the use of a stolen credit card in February. Thornton was arraigned in the Town of Richford Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail.
