The Ithaca teen, wanted in connection with a shooting in Richford has turned himself in. 18-year-old Devin VanBrunt surrendered to Tioga County Sheriff’s investigators Monday. He was charged and arraigned on felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, two counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Firearm and felony Assault. Justice Patrick Hogan remanded VanBrunt to the Tioga County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear on Thursday.
