The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 46-year-old Jeffrey Ryan of Candor on first degree rape charges as well as bail jumping charges. Deputies received an anonymous tip that the suspect was at a location in Candor. A search of the residence resulted in the suspect being found hiding within. Deputies also confiscated two firearms in connection to this case. Ryan was remanded to jail without bail and further charges are pending.
