Flood waters were moving down the Owego Creek toward Owego. Moderate flooding was occurring, and the flood crest is expected to reach between 9.5 and 10.0 feet by 9 AM, then recede. The major flood stage is 10.0 feet. Minor to moderate flood levels were occurring on parts of the Tioughnioga and Chenango rivers.
