The State Police have charged the operator of Prestige Limousines, Nauman Hussain, with criminally negligent homicide in connection with the deadly limousine crash on Saturday, October 6th in Schoharie, New York. Hussain was taken into custody following a controlled traffic stop of Route 787 in Albany.
