An Elmira man was arrested for Attempted Murder, following a shooting in the parking lot of the Wegmans in Elmira. 23-year-old John Rosario was arrested shortly after the shooting. The victim was treated at the hospital and released. The men involved in the shooting are believed to know one another. There is no report of a motive. The investigation is continuing.
