A scheduled Wednesday appearance in court by Michael Roque, the suspect in a fatal stabbing at Binghamton University, was cancelled Tuesday afternoon. A hearing had been scheduled to review Roque’s plea bargain. In a brief statement, prosecutors say the judge in the case will be issuing a written decision. Meanwhile, sentencing is still scheduled for November 20th.
