Last week, the Broome County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic dispute in the Town of Windsor. The investigation found the man involved in the incident possessed an unregistered handgun and was a convicted felon.33-year-old Shawn Kerwin of Windsor was charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Firearm and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. Kerwin was arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
